Lorenzo Musetti told how fatherhood helped him. On March 15, his son Ludovico was born to a 22-year-old Italian.
To be honest, I was afraid of everything. Especially when he was a baby. I was scared to hold him in my arms. And then the nurse gave it to me for the first time, and I took it very naturally. I was surprised.
I really enjoy putting Ludovico to bed, even if sometimes it takes a long time and you have to be very patient. The first time I changed his diapers, he started peeing. We ran around so that it wouldn`t hit us. It was very funny - such moments are remembered as happy ones.
Having my son has given me responsibility as a player, not just as a father. So, especially in this area, I have improved the most.
I`m very, very close to my family, to what we`ve created. Whenever I have the opportunity to take the whole family with me, I love to do it. These [eight] months went by very quickly and I saw him change a lot.
